Today, I received an interesting email from Chin Ying, which amused me greatly. She apparently spilled Milo drink on her pink fabric bag and actually asked me for the best method of removal.
I felt like a true stain-buster, when I could confidently tell her what to use and what to do. Baking soda! Hope it works! Will find out the outcome and let you know. :D
Not sure why my text keeps appearing black. Can't seem to correct it, so, here's the full text again! :D

Haha Faith! But I haven't tried it out yet. Do you know if the baking soda paste will cause the original colour of my BRIGHT PINK bag to fade? :O I'm rather worried about that... :O
ReplyDeleteMy experiment was carried out on white fabric. But, I don't think that the colour will be affected as baking soda has no bleaching effect and merely acts by neutralizing the acidic protein stain. If you're unsure, test it first on an inconspicuous part of the bag. Good luck and keep me updated!
ReplyDeleteHmm ... Chin Ying ditched the idea in the end! Oh well!
